Phase #s are colored and begin at “Start” and proceed roughly clockwise to “Finish.” Building #s are also listed.

As of 10/2/2026:

All Buildings – Window repairs will be taking place the week of October 5-9th.

All Buildings – External Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and Concrete work will be taking place throughout the project duration and are anticipated to conclude by October 9th.

Phase 1 update (Buildings 29, 6 & 7) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 2 update (Buildings 30, 8 & 9) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 3 update (Buildings 10, 11 & 12) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 4 update (Buildings 13, 14 & 15) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 5 update (Buildings 16, 17 & 18) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 6 update (Buildings 19, 31 & 32) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 7 update (Buildings 21, 20 & 1) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 8 update (Buildings 2, 22 & 23) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 9 update (Buildings 24, 25 & 26) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 10 update (Buildings 27, 28 & 3) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.

Phase 11 update (Buildings 4 & 5) – Stucco repairs & painting are finished. Balcony repairs are finished. Residents may use their balconies again. Roof repairs have been completed.
